超高分辨率薄层CT在最大径≤2 cm肺小结节诊断中的应用价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨超高分辨率薄层CT在最大径≤2 cm肺小结节诊断中的应用价值分析。方法方便选择2014年5月—2017年3月该院收治的最大径≤2 cm肺小结节患者50例,其中肺小结节最大径0.5~2 cm者30例,肺小结节最大径<0.5 cm者20例,全部研究对象均经临床病理检查结果确诊,均进行超高分辨率CT和高分辨率CT检查,比较两种检查方式的肺小结节的内部形态特征指标的诊断准确率。结果肺小结节最大径在0.5~2 cm者的超高分辨率CT检查方式的肺小结节的磨玻璃密度、钙化、空洞、空气支气管征、空泡征、毛刺、晕征、分叶等诊断准确情况分别为46.7%、43.3%、36.7%、53.3%、46.7%、56.7%、56.7%、56.7%、46.7%与高分辨率CT的43.3%、40.0%、40.0%、50.0%、50.0%、53.3%、60.0%、50.0%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);结论超高分辨率薄层CT在最大径<0.5 cm者的肺小结节的诊断准确性显著高于高分辨率薄层CT,二者在最大径0.5~2 cm肺小结节的诊断中无显著差异。 Objective To study the application value of ultrahigh resolution thin layer CT in diagnosis of small pulmonary nodules with maximum diameter≤2 cm.Methods 50 cases of patients with small pulmonary nodules with maximum diameter≤2 cm admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2014 to March 2017 were convenient selected,including 30 cases whose small pulmonary nodules with maximum diameter 0.5~2 cm and 20 cases with small pulmonary nodules with maximum diameter<0.5 cm,and all research objects were confirmed by the clinical pathological examination results,and examined by the ultrahigh resolution CT and high resolution CT,and the diagnosis accuracy rate of internal morphological characteristics indicators of the two examination methods was compared.Results The diagnosis accuracy rates of ground-glass opacity,calcification,cavity,air bronchogram,vacuole sign,burr,halo sign and leaflet of small pulmonary nodules in patients whose maximum diameter was between 0.5cm and 2cm by the ultrahigh resolution CT and by the high resolution CT were respectively 46.7%,43.3%,36.7%,53.3%,46.7%,56.7%,56.7%,56.7%,46.7%and 43.3%,40.0%,40.0%,50.0%,50.0%,53.3%,60.0%,50.0%,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The accuracy of ultrahigh resolution thin layer CT in diagnosis of small pulmonary nodules with maximum diameter≤0.5 cm is obviously higher than that of high resolution thin layer CT,however,there is no obvious difference in diagnosis of small pulmonary nodules with maximum diameter was between 0.5cm and 2cm between the two methods.
