摘要
目的探究布地奈德和百令胶囊联合治疗,对小儿哮喘的临床效果及其对患者肺功能和血清MMP-9、白介素族的影响。方法选择于我院就诊的慢性缓解期患儿72例,随机分对照组(36例)和联合治疗组(36例),分别给予布地奈德粉吸入剂与布地奈德粉吸入剂联合百令胶囊联合治疗,疗程6个月,比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后肺功能和血清MMP-9、白介素族(IL-6、IL-8和IL-17)水平的变化。结果联合治疗组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(91.67%vs.72.22%,P<0.05);联合治疗组治疗后各项肺功能指标均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后联合治疗组的MMP-9和TIMP-1水平明显低于对照组,MMP-9/TIMP-1明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后联合治疗组的IL-6、IL-8和IL-17水平较对照组降低更为明显(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合百令胶囊治疗小儿哮喘具有较高的临床疗效,能够明显提高患儿的肺功能,降低血清MMP-9、TIMP-1和白介素组水平,值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and effect of budesonide combined with Bailing capsules on pulmonary function and serum MMP-9 and interleukin in asthma children.Methods From January 2015 to December 2016,72 asthma children in chronic persistent were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group(36 cases in each group).The control group was treated with budesonide,and the experiment group was treated with budesonide combined with Bailing capsules.After 6 months follow-up,the clinical efficacy,pulmonary function and serum MMP-9,TIMP-1 and interleukin(such as IL-6,IL-8 and IL-17)were comparatively analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(91.67%vs.72.22%,P<0.05).The pulmonary function indexes of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were significantly lower,and the MMP-9/TIMP-1 were obviously higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,IL-8 and IL-17 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with Bailing capsule in treatment of children with asthma has a high clinical efficacy,which can significantly improve lung function,obviously reduce the levels of serum MMP-9,TIMP-1 and interleukin.
