桔梗饮片的质量控制研究

Quality Control and Study of Platycodon Grandiflorum Slices

本文参考2015版中国药典桔梗项下的检查、鉴别和含量测定方法对不同批次的桔梗饮片质量进行检测研究。采用薄层色谱法对不同产地的桔梗饮片进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法对饮片中桔梗皂苷D的含量进行检测。结果表明:经薄层色谱法研究,15批饮片与对照药材在相应位置上显相同颜色的斑点;通过高效液相色谱法直接检测出桔梗饮片中桔梗皂苷D的含量在0.10%~0.15%。

In order to provide reference basis for quality control of Platycodon grandiflorum pieces,the method of inspection,identification and content determination of Platycodon grandiflorum in the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia was studied.Methods:TLC method was used to qualitatively identify the pieces of Platycodon grandiflorum from different habitats.HPLC method was used to determine the content of D in the decoction pieces.Results:after TLC study,the spots of the same color were found in the corresponding position of the 15 batches of decoction pieces and the control medicinal materials.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to detect the content of D in 0.10%~0.15%of Platycodon grandiflorum.
