Loss and Reconstruction of Publishing Spirit of University Press

出版精神既是出版之根本,也是出版之灵魂。文章从出版从业人员的精神、出版单位的集体精神和出版行业的时代精神三方面阐述了大学出版社出版精神的基本内涵,分析了大学出版社面临的商业气息日益浓郁、出版方向逐渐迷失、质量意识有所淡化等危机,并从坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导、走内涵式发展之路、加强企业文化建设、提升编辑队伍素质等方面提出大学出版社出版精神重塑的路径。

The publishing spirit is the foundation,soul and essential of publishing.Based on the spirit of publishers,the spirit of publishing group and the time spirit of publishing,this paper expounds the basic connotation of the publishing spirit of university press and analyzes the crisis faced by university press,for instance,the increasing business atmosphere,the gradual loss of the direction of publishing,the weakening of the quality consciousness and so on.And this paper also puts forward the approaches to reconstruct the publishing spirit of university press under the premises of adhering to the guiding role of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era on press and publication and the path of connotative development,strengthening the construction of corporate culture and editorial team and so on.
