摘要
从应用型本科教育与高职高专教育的对比着手,分析了国外主要工业化国家基于专业能力培养的应用型教育实践。从高考生源变化、师资完善、开放办学等方面,探析了影响应用型本科教育专业能力培养要素,以期对新建本科院校在应用型人才专业能力培养方面提供借鉴。
The paper analyzes the application-oriented education practice based on professional capability cultivation in major foreign industrial countries through the comparison of education between application-oriented universities and vocational and secondary schools.From the aspects of student source change,teacher and staff improvement,and open school-running,it explores the factors affecting the cultivation of professional capability in application-oriented undergraduate education in the expectation of offering references for the cultivation of professional capability of application-oriented talents.
