摘要
目的探讨无损伤测量心脏耗氧量的方法。方法测量180例正常成人(分为青年组、中年组、老年组,各年龄组内男女各30例)的重建心阻抗图的相关波形参数,利用心脏效率公式和氧热价,计算心脏耗氧量(CVO)和心脏耗氧量指数(CVI),利用SPSS12.0软件进行统计分析。结果 180例正常成人的CVO为(15.4±3.6)mL·min^(-1),CVI为(2.64±0.49)mL·L^(-1)。这些测量结果都随年龄的增大而增大,且青年组与老年组之间有显著差异(P<0.001)。男性组的CVO显著大于女性组(P<0.001),但对于CVI,在男性组和女性组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论本文的测量方法可以用于测量心脏耗氧量。
Objective To investigate the method for noninvasively measuring the cardiac oxygen consumption.Methods A total of 180 normal adults were divided into three groups:youth group,middle\|aged group and elderly group,with 30 subjects in each group.The relative waveform parameters of the reconstructed impedance cardiogram were measured,and the cardiac oxygen consumption(CVO)and oxygen consumption index(CVI)were calculated using the cardiac efficiency formula and thermal equivalent of oxygen.The statistical analysis was accomplished using the SPSS12.0 software.Results The CVO was(15.4±3.6)mL·min-1 and the CVI was(2.64±0.49)mL·L-1 in the 180 adults.Both CVO and CVI increased with age,and there were notable differences between youth group and elderly group(P<0.001).The CVO in male group was obviously greater than that in female group(P<0.001).However,no significant difference in CVI was found between male group and female group(P>0.05).Conclusion The reconstructed impedance cardiogram can be used to measure the cardiac oxygen consumption.
