摘要 砷剂是剧毒物质,是常见的环境和职业危害因素之一。肾脏是砷剂在体内代谢的主要器官之一,同时也是砷在体内主要的蓄积部位及慢性毒作用的主要靶器官之一,因而其组织结构和功能极易受到损伤。砷剂致肾损伤相关机制的研究已成为环境卫生领域科研的重大课题。文章就砷剂致肾损伤发病机制的研究进展作一综述。 Arsenic is a highly toxic substance.It is one of the common environmental and occupational hazard factors.Kidney is one of the main organs for the metabolism,accumulation and chronic toxicity of arsenic in the body.Therefore,the structure and function of the kidney are easy to be damaged by arsenic.The study on the mechanism of arsenic-caused renal injury has become a major issue in the field of environmental health.This article reviews the current research progress in the mechanism of renal injury caused by arsenic.
