摘要
建立以普通教育教师为核心、多专业合作的支持团队是保障融合教育质量的关键举措。作为支持团队中不可或缺的成员,辅职教师起着维系专业团队与被服务儿童的纽带作用。回顾美国辅职教师职业发展可见,辅职教师与融合教育进程相伴相生,相关立法进一步巩固了辅职教师的地位。建议我国加强融合教育制度顶层设计,促使辅职教师职业化,推动我国融合教育的发展。
A support team approach to inclusive education is core to the assurance of its quality.The team should include general education teachers and a number of other professionals.As an indispensable member of the team,paraprofessionals are a bridge of professionals and the served children with special needs.By unraveling the evolution of the trade of paraprofessionals,it is revealed that its emergence was concurrent with the development of inclusive education in the United States.Legislation further consolidated the social status of the trade.It is suggested that China strengthen the top-down formulation of inclusive education policies and establish the profession of paraprofessionals to accelerate China's inclusive education.
