抗菌性聚砜超滤膜的制备与表征 被引量:3

摘要 采用浸渍法制备了铜掺杂的TiO_2粒子,并将这种粒子作为抗菌材料与聚砜(PSF)共混,相转化法制膜。铸膜液中掺铜TiO_2粒子的添加量为1wt%,通过XRD、SEM、接触角、超滤及抗菌实验等进行表征与分析。结果表明,掺铜TiO_2粒子的加入使得制得的PSF膜具有很强的抗菌性,当掺杂比w(Cu_2+/TiO_2)=1wt%时,抗菌膜的水通量为335.65 L/(m^2·h),对牛血清蛋白的截留率为85%;采用薄膜密着法得到其在紫外光照射下抗菌率高达93.5%,黑暗条件下抗菌率为53.2%;振荡瓶法得到其抗菌率为71%。 Antibacterial particle,copper doping TiO2 particle,was fabricated by impregnation method.Then the antibacterial particle was blending with PSF to prepare casting solution,which was used to prepare antibacterial PSF ultrafiltration membrane via the phase inversion method.The content of antibacterial particle in casting solution was 1wt%.The modified membranes were characterized by XRD、SEM、CA、ultrafiltration and antibacterial experiments.The results showed that the modified membranes have strong antibacterial properties.When the doping ratio of Cu2+/TiO2 is 1wt%,the modified membranes exhibited the separation performance with pure water flux of 335.65 L/(m2·h)and BSA rejection rate of 85%.Moreover,through the film indiscrete method,under the UV irradiation,the antibacterial rate was 93.5%;while under the dark,the antibacterial rate was 53.2%.and the shake flask method,the antibacterial rate was 71%.
