基于特种显示器的ITO薄膜加热器研究

摘要 本文实验研究了加热器电极电阻与面电阻以及导电银浆涂覆宽度之间的关系,根据实验数据获得了ITO(Indium Tin Oxides)加热器的经验公式,并结合实际生产应用讨论了影响ITO加热器的因素,为特种显示器在极端低温环境下的ITO加热器设计提供了重要的技术支持。 The relationship between the electrode resistance and the sheet resistance of the heater and the coating width of the conductive silver paste has been studied.The empirical formula of the ITO heater has been obtained based on the experimental data.According to the actual production,the factors affecting the ITO heater was discussed.It provides important technical support for design of ITO heater for special display in extreme low-temperature environment.
