摘要 脑血管造影是进行血管内治疗的重要基础,随着我国脑血管病防治工作的进一步推进,它在脑血管病的诊治中具有越来越不可取代的地位。为了培养合格的脑血管造影医生,本单位脑卒中中心在相关教材学习、脑血管造影观摩、实际操作中使用"问题式学习"(problem-based learning)的教学方法,对神经介入专业的住院医师进行较为系统的脑血管造影培训,使他们在脑血管病造影中得以入门,并激发他们进一步学习的兴趣和积极性。从而探讨PBL在脑血管造影教学实践中的可行性,同时为各大脑卒中中心提供经验参考。 Cerebrovascular digital subtraction angiography is an important basis for endovascular treatment.With further development of prevention and treatment of cerebrovascular disease in China,it plays an increasingly important role in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular disease.In order to cultivate qualified doctors of cerebrovascular digital subtraction angiography,our stroke center use“Problem-Based Learning teaching”method to train resident doctors systematically,which help them master skills of cerebrovascular digital subtraction angiography and stimulate their interest and enthusiasm.By doing this,to explore the feasibility of PBL in the teaching practice of cerebrovascular digital subtraction angiography and hope to provide experience reference for each stroke center.
