翻转课堂联合微课教学法在五年制麻醉临床教学中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨翻转课堂联合微课教学法在五年制麻醉临床教学中的应用。方法选取中国医科大学临床麻醉五年制的医学生62名,随机分为两组:观察组31名,传统组31名,观察组采用翻转课堂联合微课教学法,传统组应用传统教学模式法,对比观察组和传统组学生的理论知识技能考核成绩以及问卷调查的满意度。结果观察组学生理论知识、临床技能考核成绩均优于传统组,观察组问卷调查的满意程度均高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在五年制麻醉临床教学中,应用翻转课堂联合微课教学法,有利于学生知识内化,提高学生理论知识和临床技能考核成绩和自主学习的积极性。 Objective To explore the application of flipped classroomcombined with micro-lecture teaching method in clinical practice of anesthesia.Methods 62 five-year medical students attending clinical practice of anesthesia in China Medical University,were randomly divided into two groups:observation group(n=31)and traditional group(n=31).The students in observation group were treated with the teaching method of flipped classroom combined with micro-lecture,and the students in traditional group used the traditional teaching method.The teaching effects were compared by the assessment of students'theoretical knowledge,clinical practice skills and satisfaction questionnaire survey.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills examination in the observation group were significantly better than those in the traditional group.The satisfaction degree of the questionnaire in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of flipped classroom combined with microlecture teaching method in clinical anesthesia teaching is conducive to internalization of students'knowledge,improving students'theoretical knowledge and clinical skills assessment results and the enthusiasm of independent learning.
