摘要
目的构建适宜的新型全科医学教学模式,并评价其应用效果。方法以2013级全科医学学生为研究对象,以抽签的方式将学生分为CPC组(9班、11班)和CPHC组(10班、12班),通过测试法和问卷调查法对教学效果进行评价。结果 CPHC组理论考试成绩、对全科医学的兴趣和重要性的认识、对家庭的认知及态度、沟通协调能力、生活自理能力均高于CPC组。结论在全科医学的教育模式中引入CPHC的全新模式,值得在全科医学的教学中进一步探索。
Objective To construct a suitable new general practice teaching model and evaluate its application effect.Methods The objective of study was general practical students of 2013 degree in our hospital.By drawing lots,the students were divided into two groups.The CPC group was 9 and 11 class.The CPHC group was 10 and 12 class.Tests and questionnaires were used to evaluate the effect of the teaching model.Results The theoretical examination results,the awareness of importance and interest of general practice,the attitude and awareness of family,the communication and coordination skills,the self-care ability of CPHC group were higher than the CPC group.Conclusion Introducing a new model of CPHC in the general teaching model worth further exploration in the teaching of general medicine.
