摘要 目的研究病例导入法在产科教学中的应用效果。方法选取2012年3月—2016年3月临床医学本科100名学生为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用传统教学法进行教学,实验组采用病例导入法进行教学,比较两组的教学效果。结果实验组理论课考试成绩为(85.54±5.35)分,高于对照组的(70.54±6.55)分(P<0.05)。实验组技能考试成绩为(90.54±4.65)分,高于对照组的(76.54±6.05)分(P<0.05)。结论病例导入法可以激发学生上课的兴趣,有利于学生将产科理论知识与临床问题相联系,提高学生解析病例和医患沟通的能力。 Objective To study the application of case induced method in the teaching of obstetrics.Methods 100 clinical medical undergraduate students were chosen for our research from March 2012 to March 2016,who were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,the students in the control group were taught by the traditional teaching method,while the students in the experimental group were taught by case induced method,the teaching effect of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical examination results in experimental group were(85.54±5.35),which were significantly higher than those in the control group(70.54±6.55)(P<0.05).The skill scores in the experimental group were(90.54±4.65),which were higher than those in the control group(76.54±6.05),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition of case induced method in the course of obstetric teaching is beneficial to stimulate the interest of students in class,and students can link the theoretical knowledge and clinical cases,it is also beneficial to improve the students’ability to solve problems and communicate with patients.
