摘要
目的分析以问题为导向的教学方法运用于风湿科临床教学中的价值。方法选取2016年4月1日—2017年2月28日在我院风湿科实习的学生37名为传统组,实施传统模式的临床教学,再选取2017年3月1日—2018年1月31日在我院风湿科实习的学生37名为PBL组,实施PBL教学法。观察教学的效果。结果 37名学生运用以问题为导向的教学方法后,其理论考核、操作考核及对教学方法的满意情况均明显提高(P<0.05)。结论风湿科临床教学中运用以问题为导向的教学方法后,不仅提高了学生的理论知识和临床操作的考核成绩,还改善了学生对教学方法的满意情况。
Objective To analyze the value of the problem-oriented teaching method in the clinical teaching of rheumatology department.Methods 37 students in the department of rheumatism of our hospital from April 1,2016 to February 28,2017 were selected as the traditional group,the traditional mode of clinical teaching was implemented.Then 37 students in the department of rheumatism of our hospital from March 1,2017 to January 31,2018 were selected as group PBL,and the PBL teaching method was implemented.The effect of teaching was observed.Results After 37 students applied the problem-oriented teaching method,their theoretical assessment,operation assessment and satisfaction with the teaching method were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion After the application of the problem-oriented teaching method in the clinical teaching in the Department of rheumatism,not only improve the students'theoretical knowledge and clinical evaluation of the operation results,also improve the students satisfied with the teaching method of case.
