静脉药物配置中心成品输液报废原因分析及对策研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的通过对静脉药物配置中心成品输液报废的原因进行分析并探讨其有效的对策,为今后的工作提供参考。方法对我院静脉药物配置中心成品输液报废登记本上最近两年的数据进行分类统计,分析成品输液报废的原因,并将这期间实施的有效的改进对策进行总结。结果成品输液报废登记本上共记录了239袋报废的成品输液,主要原因是人为的成品输液调配错误,成品输液破损、漏液,成品输液内有杂质、变色,成品输液是不适宜医嘱,软件系统及扫描原因等,其中2016年报废了172袋成品输液,2017年报废了67袋成品输液,2017年的成品输液报废总量与2016年相比,降低了61.05%。结论通过对成品输液报废的原因进行分析,及时制订解决对策,能有效减少成品输液的报废量,减少医院的资源浪费,提高静配中心的质量管理能力。 Objective Through the analysis of the reasons for discarding the finished infusion of the intravenous drug distribution center,the effective countermeasures are discussed,to provide reference for future work.Methods The data of the last two years on the registration of the finished infusion of the intravenous drug allocation center of our hospital were classified.The reasons for the discarding of the finished infusion are analyzed,and the effective improvement measures are summarized in this period.Results A total of 239 discarded finished products were recorded in the finished product.The main reasons were the artificial product infusion,the finished product was damaged and leaking,and the finished product contained impurities and discoloration,which was not suitable for medical advice,software system and scanning reason.In 2016,172 bags of finished products were scrapped,and 67 bags of finished products were scrapped in 2017.In 2017,the total amount of finished product infusion has decreased by 61.05%compared with that in 2016.Conclusion Through analyzing the cause of the finished product infusion scrap,formulate solutions in time,can effectively reduce the scrap quantity finished transfusion,reduce hospital waste of resources,improve the quality of the static distribution center management ability.
