腺样体切除术治疗儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎分析

Analysis of Adenoidectomy in the Treatment of Chronic Rhinosinusitis in Children

目的探究腺样体切除术治疗儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法选择100例2016年1月—2017年5月儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患儿按随机表分组。对照组采用常规药物治疗;观察组开展腺样体切除术治疗。比较两组患儿儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎康复效果;鼻塞消失时间、头痛消失时间、流涕消失时间、嗅觉恢复时间;出院后复发率。并比较治疗前后症状积分、生活质量。结果观察组儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患儿康复效果比对照组高,P<0.05;观察组鼻塞消失时间、头痛消失时间、流涕消失时间、嗅觉恢复时间比对照组短,P<0.05;观察组出院后复发率比对照组低,P<0.05。干预前症状积分、生活质量相似,P>0.05。干预后观察组症状积分、生活质量优于对照组,P<0.05。结论腺样体切除术治疗儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎临床效果确切,可有效改善症状,缩短疗程,降低复发率,改善患儿生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of adenoidectomy in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis in children.Methods 100 children with chronic rhinosinusitis from January 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into groups.The control group was treated with conventional medicine,and the observation group was treated with adenoidectomy.The effect of sinusitis rehabilitation were compared between the two groups of children with chronic nasal congestion;disappearance time,headache time,runny nose disappeared time,olfactory rehabilitation time;the recurrence rate after discharge.The symptom score and the quality of life were compared before and after the treatment.Results The effect of chronic rhinosinusitis of children in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05.In the observation group,the disappearance time of nasal headache time,runny nose,smell the disappearance time of recovery time were shorter than the control group,P<0.05;The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after discharge,P<0.05.The symptom score and the quality of life were similar before intervention,and P>0.05.The score of symptoms and the quality of life in the observation group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Adenoidectomy is effective in treating chronic rhinosinusitis in children.It can effectively improve symptoms,shorten the course of treatment,reduce the recurrence rate and improve the quality of life of children.
