探讨四肢近关节端骨折患者锁定钢板微创治疗的临床效果

The Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Locking Plate in Patients With Proximal Joint Fracture of Extremities

目的探讨四肢近关节端骨折患者锁定钢板微创治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年3月—2017年3月收治的50例四肢近关节端骨折患者作为研究对象,按照单双号法分为对照组(n=25,应用钢板螺钉内固定治疗)和治疗组(n=25,应用锁定钢板微创治疗),评比两组治疗效果。结果对照组治疗优良率低于治疗组,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四肢近关节端骨折采用锁定钢板微创治疗效果确切,创伤小,预后良好。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive locking plate in the treatment of Proximal joint fracture of extremities.Methods 50 patients with proximal extremity fracture of the extremities treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected and divided into control group(n=25,treated with plate fixation)and treatment group(n=25,minimally invasive treatment with locking plate),the treatment of two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of the control group was lower than that of the treatment group,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive treatment of near-joint-end fractures of extremities with locking plate is effective and has less trauma and better prognosis.
