内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗消化道肿瘤的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection in the Treatment of Digestive Tract Tumors

目的探讨对消化道肿瘤患者采取内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗的效果。方法选取2016年3月—2017年4月来我院就诊的消化道肿瘤患者44例,按照治疗方法不同将其均分两组,各22例。对参照组行剥脱活检术治疗,对实验组行内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗。分析两组手术时间、切除成功率、并发症发生率。结果与实验组相比较,参照组切除成功率较低、手术时间较长、并发症发生率较高,经统计学软件检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将内镜黏膜下剥离术应用在消化道肿瘤治疗中,将手术时间缩短、减少并发症发生率、提高手术切除率。

Objective To explore the effect of endoscopic submucosal dissection for patients with digestive tract tumors.Methods 44 cases of digestive tract tumor were selected from March 2016 to April 2017 in our hospital.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,each with 22 cases.The reference group was treated with exfoliation biopsy,and the experimental group was treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection.The operation time,the success rate of resection and the incidence of complications in the two groups were analyzed.Results Compared with the experimental group,the success rate of removal in the reference group was lower,the operation time was longer and the incidence of complications was higher.Statistical software test showed statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of endoscopic submucosal dissection in the treatment of digestive tract tumor will shorten the operation time,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the surgical resection rate.
