不同剂量盐酸氨溴索对开胸手术围术期患者肺保护作用的影响

The Influence of Different Doses of Ambroxol Hydrochloride on Lung Protection in Perioperative Patients Undergoing Thoracotomy

目的分析不同剂量盐酸氨溴索对开胸手术围术期患者肺保护作用的影响。方法随机将80例接受开胸手术治疗的患者分成观察组和对照组,每组均为40例。两组患者均采用盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗,对照组的给药剂量为30 mg,观察组的给药剂量为150 mg。结果术后1周观察组的ICAM-1水平、对照组的ICAM-1、SP-A水平均显著高于术前1周(P<0.05),术后1周观察组的ICAM-1、SP-A水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);术前1周和术后1周,观察组的SP-A水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于接受开胸手术治疗的患者来讲,和小剂量盐酸氨溴索相比较,大剂量盐酸氨溴索的肺保护作用更加理想。

Objective To analyze the influence of different doses of Ambroxol Hydrochloride on lung protection in perioperative patients undergoing thoracotomy.Methods 80 cases of undergoing thoracotomy patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with Ambroxol hydrochloride injection,The dosage in control group was 30 mg,the dosage in observation group was 150 mg.Results 1 week after operation,the level of ICAM-1 in the observation group,and the level of ICAM-1,SP-A in the control group were significantly higher than 1 weeks before operation(P<0.05).1 weeks before operation,the level of ICAM-1 SP-A in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),1 week before and after operation,the level of SP-A in the observation group was not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion For thoracotomy patients,compare with low dose of Ambroxol Hydrochloride,high dose of Ambroxol Hydrochloride has better effects for lung protection.
