研究多种药物联合应用的临床不良反应及对策

The Clinical Adverse Reactions and Countermeasures of Multiple Drug Combinations

目的分析及研究多种药物联合应用的临床不良反应,并提出对应对策。方法 2015年5月—2017年7月在本院采用多种药物联合治疗后出现临床不良反应的100例患者作为本文分析资料,开展回顾分析,分析和统计100例患者采用多种药物联合治疗后出现临床不良反应的类型及原因。结果多种药物联合应用最为常见的不良反应是过敏反应,其次依次为乏力、呕吐、头晕、头痛、水肿、发热、恶心、听力减弱、肾损害;多种药物联合应用的临床不良反应发生原因主要有药物配伍不当、重复用药、药物用法不当、药物剂量不当。结论多种药物联合应用的临床不良反应比较多,需开展积极应对对策,减少对患者的危害。

Objective To analyze and study the clinical adverse reactions of multiple drugs in combination and to propose countermeasures.Methods From May 2015 to July 2017,100 patients with clinical adverse reactions after combined treatment with various drugs in our hospital were used as the data for analysis in this article.The types and causes of adverse clinical reactions were analyzed and analyzed in 100 patients after combination of various drugs.Results The most common adverse reactions of multiple drug combinations were anaphylaxis,followed by fatigue,vomiting,dizziness,headache,edema,fever,nausea,impaired hearing,and renal damage.The clinical adverse reactions of multiple drug combinations are mainly due to inappropriate drug compatibility,repeated drug use,improper drug use,and improper drug dosage.Conclusion There are many clinical adverse reactions combined with multiple drugs,and should be actively dealt with countermeasures to reduce the harm to patients.
