参芪通痹活血汤联合外敷治疗类风湿性关节炎的效果

The Effect of Shenqi Tongbi Huoxue Decoction Combined With External Application in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的针对类风湿性关节炎选择参芪通痹活血汤治疗后,探讨其临床价值。方法以随机原则在我院收治的类风湿性关节炎患者中选取90例为研究对象,均分为两组,45例为观察组选择参芪通痹活血汤进行治疗,45例为对照组只进行西药治疗,对比临床效果。结果对观察组和对照组的ESR、CRP、RF比较,治疗前三组数据均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组得分情况均明显降低,且观察组比对照组降低更多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对两组治疗效果比较可知,观察组的有效率(95.56%)明显高于对照组(75.56%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对类风湿性关节炎患者,选择参芪通痹活血汤展开治疗,临床治疗效果显著,患者的检测指标明显好转。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of Shenqi Tongbihuoxue decoction for treating rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 90 cases of rheumatoid arthritis treated in our hospital were selected by random principle.They were divided into two groups.45 cases were treated with Shenqi Tongbi Huoxue Decoction for the observation group.45 cases were treated with western medicine only in the control group.The clinical effect was compared.Results compared with the ESR,CRP and RF in the observation group and the control group,there was no statistical difference between the three groups before the treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the score of the two groups decreased significantly,and the observation group decreased more than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the two groups,the effective rate of the observation group(95.56%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.56%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with rheumatoid arthritis,the treatment of Shenqi Tongbi Huoxue Decoction is selected.The clinical curative effect is remarkable.The detection indexes of the patients are obviously improved.
