探讨中药穴位贴敷疗法治疗高血压的临床疗效

The Clinical Efficacy of Acupoint Sticking Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Hypertension

目的研究中药穴位贴敷疗法治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法对本院2017年1月—2018年1月接收的126例高血压患者资料加以分析,按照随机数字表法分成两组,每组各63例;对照组行常规降压药治疗,实验组于此基础上予中药穴位贴敷疗法治疗,对比两组治疗前后血压水平变化、临床疗效及生活质量情况。结果实验组治疗后SBP(132.08±9.57)mm Hg、DPB(76.36±6.24)mm Hg均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论高血压行中药穴位贴敷疗法治疗可取得确切疗效,有效降低患者血压水平并提高其生活质量。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of acupoint sticking therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertension.Methods The data of 126 hypertensive patients received from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital were analyzed.According to the random number table,the data were divided into two groups(63 in each group).The control group received conventional antihypertensive drugs.The experimental group On the basis of traditional Chinese medicine points acupressure therapy,compared two groups before and after treatment,blood pressure levels,clinical efficacy and quality of life.Results SBP(132.08±9.57)mmHg and DPB(76.36±6.24)mmHg in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hypertension Chinese medicine point acupoint stick treatment can achieve the exact effect,effectively reduce the patient's blood pressure level and improve their quality of life.
