高危妊娠孕期管理与监测对妊娠结局的影响

The Effect of Pregnancy Management and Monitoring on Pregnancy Outcome in High Risk Pregnancy

目的观察高危妊娠孕期管理与监测对妊娠结局的影响。方法2016年1—12月高危妊娠孕产妇700例设置为对照组,2017年1—12月高危妊娠孕产妇750例为观察组,对照组行常规检查与宣教,未系统实施相应管理措施,观察组孕产妇实施系统的高危妊娠管理措施:建立高危妊娠孕妇档案、进行高危妊娠知识健康教育、加强跟踪管理、实施相应干预措施、保持良好生活方式。结果观察组进行定期产检(98.67%)、遵医行为好(97.33%)高于对照组的78.57%、84.29%(P<0.05);观察组提前终止妊娠(17.33%)、发生母婴并发症(2.93%)低于对照组的37.86%、8.57%(P<0.05)。结论通过对高危妊娠孕妇采取有效的防范措施及规范化监测管理,可提高定期产检就遵医行为,降低提前终止妊娠及母婴并发症率,应用于高危孕产妇管理具有重要意义。

Objective To observe the effect of pregnancy management and monitoring on pregnancy outcome in high risk pregnancy.Methods 700 cases of high-risk pregnancy in pregnant women from January to December 2016 were referred to controlled group,and 750 cases of high-risk pregnancy maternal from January to December 2017were regarded as the observed group.The controlled group was given routine examination and mission instead of system implementation of the corresponding management measures,while the system implementation of high risk pregnancy management measures were put into effect on the observation group:establishment of archives,the high-risk pregnancy health education,strengthening tracking management,implementing the corresponding intervention measures,maintaining a good way of life.Results The figure for pregenant women who received regular check in observation group was 98.67%,and the compliance rate was 97.33%,which was higher than that of the control group(78.57%and 84.29%)(P<0.05)respectively.The early termination of pregnancy(17.33%)and maternal and infant complications(2.93%)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(37.86%and 8.57%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective preventive measures and standardized monitoring and management for high-risk pregnant women can improve compliance behavior,reduce early termination of pregnancy and maternal mortality.It is of great significance to apply the methods of managing high-risk pregnant women.
