特重烧伤患者使用枸橼酸抗凝CRRT治疗期间的安全护理

Safety Care During CRRT With Citrate Anticoagulation in Patients With Severe Burn

目的分析特重烧伤患者使用枸橼酸抗凝CRRT治疗期间的安全护理。方法选取2016年6月—2017年6月收治的30例特重烧伤患者进行研究。结果观察组在滤器凝血率、创面渗血率等方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安全护理应用在特重烧伤使用枸橼酸抗凝CRRT治疗中作用明显,特重烧伤患者的并发症发生率、多脏器功能障碍综合征将会得到有效地预防。

Objective To analyze the safety care of citrate anticoagulant CRRT during the treatment of severe burn patients.Methods From June 2016 to June 2017,30 cases of severe burn patients were studied.Results The observation group was superior to the control group in the coagulation rate of the filter and the bleeding rate of the wound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of safety nursing on severe burn using citrate anticoagulation CRRT has good effect.Severe burn patients with complications,multiple organ dysfunction syndrome will be effectively prevented.
