综合护理改善老年心绞痛患者心理状态的效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Improving Psychological Status of Elderly Patients With Angina Pectoris

目的探讨综合护理对老年心绞痛患者心理状态的影响。方法在2015年2月—2017年9月内科老年心绞痛患者中选择100例进行护理观察。根据所用护理方法将患者划分成生活护理组(50例)和综合护理组(50例),其中生活护理组患者行普通的生活护理,而综合护理组患者在进行生活护理同时结合综合护理,研究两组负面情绪缓解情况和治疗效果。结果综合护理组患者总有效率为94%,生活护理组患者总有效率为74%,两组数据比较,P<0.05。在负面情绪缓解情况方面,综合护理组要优于生活护理组,两组数据比较,P<0.05。结论对老年心绞痛患者采取综合护理,可改善其负面情绪,效果较好。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on the psychological status of elderly angina patients.Methods 100 senile angina patients were selected for nursing observation in the period of February 2015 to September 2017.According to the nursing method used,the patients were divided into life care group(50 cases)and comprehensive care group(50 cases),of which,patients in nursing group were treated with ordinary life care while patients in comprehensive care group were treated with comprehensive care nursing.The two groups of negative emotional relief and treatment effect were studied.Results The total effective rate of patients in comprehensive care group was 94%,and the total effective rate of patients in life care group was 74%.The data of two groups were compared,P<0.05.In terms of negative mood relief,the comprehensive care group was superior to the life care group,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for elderly patients with angina can improve their negative emotions,the effect is better.
