临床护理路径在白内障患者护理中的应用及效果研究

Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Cataract Patients' Nursing and Its Effect

目的研究临床护理路径在白内障患者护理中的应用及效果。方法对我院2017年1月—2018年1月接收的126例白内障患者资料加以分析,随机分为两组,每组63例;对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予临床护理路径,对比两组护理效果。结果实验组SAS为(37.13±3.64)分、SDS为(35.25±3.10)分,均对比照组低(P<0.05);实验组并发症总发生概率为3.17%,低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论于白内障患者护理中实施临床护理路径可取得满意效果,减少并发症发生。

Objective To study the application and effect of clinical nursing pathway in cataract patients'nursing.Methods The data of 126 cataract patients received from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital were analyzed and randomly divided into two groups(63 cases in each group).The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given clinical nursing pathway,the nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results The scores of SAS(37.13±3.64)and SDS(35.25±3.10)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications was 3.17%in the experimental group,was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of clinical nursing in cataract patient care can achieve satisfactory results,reduce the incidence of complications.
