优质护理对急性闭角型青光眼患者眼压的影响

Effect of High Quality Nursing on Intraocular Pressure in Patients With Acute Angle-closure Glaucoma

目的探讨优质护理对急性闭角型青光眼患者眼压的影响。方法抽取至我院就诊的急性闭角型青光眼患者150例(2016年1月13日—2018年1月13日)作为本次的研究对象,依照信封随机分组方案进行分组,每组均75例。对常规组与实验组分别给予一般护理与优质护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果实验组护理后的眼压水平明显低于常规组,P<0.05;实验组与常规组的不良反应发生率分别为1.33%与12.00%,P<0.05。结论对急性闭角型青光眼患者给予优质护理干预措施的应用效果显著,便于明显改善眼压,优化护理质量。

Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing on intraocular pressure in patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma.Methods 150 cases of acute angle-closure glaucoma patients treated in our hospital(January 13,2016 to January 13,2018)were selected as the subjects of this study,and were grouped according to the random grouping scheme of envelopes,with 75 cases in each group.General nursing and quality nursing were respectively given to the normal group and the experimental group,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The intraocular pressure level of the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group,P<0.05.The adverse reactions of the experimental group and the conventional group were 1.33%and 12.00%respectively,P<0.05.Conclusion The application effect of high quality nursing intervention in patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma is obvious,which can obviously improve the intraocular pressure and improve the quality of nursing care.
