探索综合性医院设立全科医学科的必要性、学科定位、学科建设和主要内涵。综合性医院建立全科医学科弥补了现阶段我国医疗专科化的不足,也是全科医师培养的重要支撑。在综合性医院全科医学科的学科建设中,提出了"以全科医疗为基础,以全科教学为重点"的学科定位;全科医学科的主要内涵包括全科医疗、全科教学、全科科研。即以全科医疗为基础,开展全科门诊、全科病房工作,提供"以患者为中心"的连续性服务为模式,以提高民众的健康水平为目标的全人、全程性的全科医疗服务;以全科教学为重点,加强全科医学科师资队伍建设,健全教学管理及教学模式,充分发挥全科专业基地的作用,实施贯穿全科理念的教学;基于全科医疗及全科教学的实际需求,开展全科科研工作,以科研推动医疗、反哺教学;以全科人才培养为目的,全科医疗、教学、科研工作协同发展,并通过与其他专科、社区医疗机构在医疗服务和全科医师培养两方面的紧密衔接,从而促进全科医学科的全面发展,保障高质量全科人才的培养。

This article aimed to explore the necessity of setting up the department of general practice in general hospitals,and the discipline orientation,discipline construction and main connotations of General Practice(GP).The establishment of GP department in general hospitals,as the important support for training general practitioners,compensates for the deficiency of the specialization of medical practice in current China.In building up the GP department in general hospital,the discipline orientation should be based on clinical practice of general medicine and focus should be put on GP education.The main connotation of GP department includes clinical practice,education and scientific research.In details,clinical practice of GPs means carrying out outpatient and inpatient service,as well as providing patient-centered continuous medical care in order to improve the health level of people.Main focus on education in GP department included enhancing the construction of teaching staff,consummating the management and patterns of education,full usage of the training base as well as carrying out the full concepts of GP.In terms of scientific research,it should be based on the real demand of clinical practice and education,which would promote medical practice and education reversely.It is imperative for GPs to coordinate on clinical practice,education and scientific research at the same time,and communicate and work closely with other specialists and community health centers on aspects of medical care and residency training of GPs.Only in this way,can the department of GP reach full development and the training of high-quality GPs can be ensured.
