胜任力导向的麻醉住院医师核心能力培养-典型案例口试与面试模拟教学 被引量:7

摘要 参照美国毕业后医学教育认证委员会(Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education,ACGME)设定的6大核心能力,结合麻醉专业的特殊性,南方医科大学南方医院麻醉科以典型案例临床诊疗过程为主线,采用口试、面试的方式培训和考核麻醉住院医师的核心能力。通过一段加工处理的真实的临床医疗过程,过程中涉及急诊、普外、妇产、麻醉、重症医学等相关专业知识,在术前、术中、术后涉及麻醉科医师处理问题的核心能力,包括接诊能力、临床思维、患者安全、有效沟通、风险防范等。通过各个典型案例模拟各种不同临床场景进行培训和考核,实现麻醉人才的培养。 According to the 6 core competencies set by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education(ACGME)of the United States and the particularity of the anesthetic specialty,the Department of anesthesia in the Nanfang Hospital,Southern Medical University trained their training residents with the clinical diagnosis and treatment of typical cases.Oral examinations and interviews were applied to assess the core competences of anesthetized residents.Through real clinical cases and a section of the medical treatment process,which involved emergency,general surgery,obstetrics and gynecology,anesthesia and critical care medical expertise,it would train the residents to be competent at the core abilities of anesthesiologists involved in the preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative managements.These ablities should contain admission abilities,clinical thinking,patient safety,effective communication,risks prevention,etc.Training and evaluation of diffevent clinical scenes through typical cases to achieve anesthetic personnel training.
