摘要 探讨并完善急诊科住院医师因"级"施教的教学模式,以提高急诊科住院医师整体培训水平。根据住院医师规范化培训(住培)现状提出:住培第1年以加强基础知识为目标,第2年以拓宽能力和视野为目标,第3年以培养教学意识为目标。住院医师依照计划完成3年的规范化培训,每年的学习各有侧重点及培养目标,但并非绝对分离。3年的规范化培训使住院医师从学习书本知识升华到临床知识,从理论学习到临床科研,从受教者转变为施教者,逐步成长为合格的急诊科住院医师。 This article discusses about the training mode of emergency residents for different grades,which could improve the training quality in emergency department.According to the present situations of standardized residency training,the training goals for firstyear residents should aim at strengthening basic knowledge,and for second-year residents their visions and clinical abilities should be emphasized.Third-year residents should focus on improving teaching skills.The residents are gradually improved and developed during the three-year training in emergency department,in each year the residents should have different focus and training goals.This threeyear standardized residency training could enable residents to put their theoretical knowledge into clinical practice,begin to participate in clinical research,transform from being students to being teachers,and gradually become qualified emergency department residents.
