Experiences of archives management for standardized residency training

住院医师规范化培训(住培)是当前形势下培养高质量医学人才的必经之路。档案管理是基地开展培训过程中不可缺少的一项重要工作。档案是文件资料的归宿、精华和组合,做好培训资料的收集、整理和归档,并充分利用好这些资源,是为住培的开展提供科学决策的重要依据。住培档案管理有利于保存历史记录,见证培训基地、指导老师和住院医师的成长历程,总结经验并不断完善。统一领导、分级管理、及时归档、真实可靠、整齐规范、方便查询、适时总结、去伪存真、完整安全、完善传承是住培档案管理的重要原则。住培档案管理主要包括基地、师资、住院医师3个方面,档案类型包括纸质和电子两种形式。培训基地重视档案管理工作,建立档案管理制度和三级管理模式、加强管理人员培训、提高档案管理质量、推进住培档案信息化建设,适时总结分析,加强对档案的开发利用以及优化档案管理环境等可以有效提高住培档案管理质量。完整、完善、完备的档案管理是住培基地建设、师资队伍建设和住院医师培训质量的重要保证。

Standardized residency training is the only way to train high qualitied medical talents under the current situation.The archives management is an indispensable part of work in the standardized training process.Archives are the destination,essence and combination of document data.Scientific decision-making basis for the development of the training was provided by doing a good job of collecting,sorting and archiving the training materials,and making full use of these resources.Good archives management is beneficial for preserving historical records,witnessing the growing history of training bases,instructors and residents,and summarizing their experiences for improvement.Unified leadership,classification management,timely filing,being reliable,neat and standardized,convenient for inquiry,summarizing timely,keeping the true and discarding the false,being complete and secure,improving and inheriting are the important principles of archives management for the residency training.The archives management mainly includes three aspects-base,teachers and residents,and two forms-paper files and electronic files.Several methods were proposed to effectively improve the qualities of the archives management,which includes emphasis on archives management,establishing archives management systems and three-level-management mode,strengthening the staff’s training,improving the qualities of archives management,promoting the information construction of resident training files,summarizing and analyzing timely,improving the development and utilization of archives and optimizing the archives management environments.Complete and perfect archives management is an important guarantee for the construction of training bases,building up the teachers’team and having great qualities of the programs.
