摘要
随着信息技术与教育改革的碰撞,教育行业面临巨大的挑战。教师作为教育工作的主要实施者,应如何拓展能力,迎接技术革命的挑战,成为一个重要的研究命题。以高职教师应该具备的能力结构为研究对象,引入TPCK概念,结合高职教育的特点,提炼高职教师的能力因子结构,进而构建信息化环境下基于TPCK框架的高职教师能力结构模型。
With the encounter of information technology and education,the education industry is facing a great challenge.Teacher is the main implementation of education,thus it is an important research topic how the teachers traditional ability should change to meet the challenge of technology.Choosing the ability structure of higher vocational teachers as the research object,this essay introduces the TPCK framework.Afterwards,based on the characteristics of higher vocational education,it refines the ability factors of higher vocational teachers,and builds the capacity structure model of vocational Teachers.
