论清议之风与“魏晋时期”礼法文化的关系

On the Relationship between the Idle Criticism and the Culture in Wei and Jin Dynasty

"魏晋时期"战乱不断,政权更迭,士人不婴世务,言皆玄远,臧否人物以此明哲保身。这种时局促就了清议之风的出现。统治者推行"孝治天下"的理念,使得魏晋清议对人物品评也带有了一定的功利性。不仅影响了门阀政治之下世家大族的家学家风,也关乎到国家的传统法律文化。而且清议的政治性作用也日益突出,使得"孝悌名流"层出不穷,厚葬风气极为盛行,而这些社会现象恰好反映出这个时代清议之风与礼法文化之间的关系。

During Wei and Jin Dynasty,social chaos prompted the emergence of the idle criticism.The rulers promoted the concept of ruling the country by filial piety,which made the idle criticism utilitarian.It not only affected the domestic disciplines and the style of study of the highly respected families,but also impacted the traditional legal culture of the country.Moreover,the political role of the idle criticism became prominent,as a result,filial piety celebrities came to the fore,and the elaborate funeral custom was extremely prevalent.These social phenomena just reflected the relationship between the idle criticism and the culture of that era.
