摘要
为了研发一种抗污染的复合水凝胶纳滤膜,并将其用于染料脱盐,采用CaCl_2溶液作为交联剂并不加致孔剂,制备了羧基化多壁碳纳米管/海藻酸钙(CMWCNT/Ca Alg)复合水凝胶过滤膜.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)表征膜的形态,研究了膜的力学性能、抗污染性能和含盐染料溶液的通量及截留性能.结果表明:CMWCNT/CaAlg复合膜具有良好的力学性能和抗污染性能.在CMWCNT含量为海藻酸钠质量的1%时,复合膜对考马斯亮蓝G250(M_w=854.02)的截留率接近100%,而对NaCl几乎没有截留.
In order to develop anti-fouling composite hydrogel nano-filtration membrane for dye desalination,carboxyl multi-walled carbon nanotubes/calcium alginate(CMWCNT/CA)composite hydrogel filtration membrane was prepared using CaCl2 solution as the cross-linker without pore-forming agent.The morphology of membranes were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmission electron microscope(TEM)respectively.The mechanical behavior of the membrane,anti-fouling property and the flux and rejection of dye salt solution were also investigated.Results revealed that the composite membrane had good mechanical properties and anti-fouling performance.The separation data revealed that the composite membrane containing 1%CMWCNT content in NaAlg presented highest performance in terms of the rejections to Brilliant blue G250(Mw=854.02)being 100%.And all the CMWCNT/CaAlg composite membranes almost had no rejection to NaCl.
