摘要
基于ARM Contex-M3内核的32位微控制器STM32F103VC,使用快速傅里叶变换将数控机床主轴震动的时域信号转换成频域信号,该设备由模拟信号的I/V变换电路、低通滤波电路、AD转换电路、Flash存储电路和显示电路组成,可以对0.2Hz^5KHz范围内的信号进行分析。本设计方案成本低,具有一定的应用价值。
The 32-bit Microcontroller STM32F103VC is based on ARM Contex-M3 core.By using fast Fourier transform,it converts the time domain signal of the CNC machine tool spindle vibration signal into a frequency-domain.The circuit configuration of the device is composed of I/V conversion circuit,low-pass filter circuit,AD conversion circuit,Flash memory circuit and display circuit of analog signals.The signals can be analyzed within a range of 0.2 Hz^5 KHz by the device.The design of the program is low cost,with a certain application value.
