摘要
目的:研究人附睾蛋白4(HE_4)和细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)在诊断子宫内膜癌(EC)中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析河南省焦作市第二人民医院35例EC患者临床资料,并将河南省焦作市第二人民医院35例子宫内膜增生症(EH)患者纳为EH组、40例同期健康体检妇女纳为对照组,检测并比较三组血清HE_4、CYFRA21-1水平。结果:EC组血清HE_4、CYFRA21-1水平均明显高于EH组和对照组(P<0.05),EC组和EH组血清HE_4检测阳性率均高于CYFRA21-1(P<0.05);血清HE_4、CYFRA21-1联合检测的诊断正确率大于单一检测。结论:HE_4、CYFRA21-1可作为诊断EC的肿瘤标志物,两者联合检测有助于提高诊断EC的临床价值。
Objective:To study the value of human epididymal protein 4(HE4)and cytokeratin 19(CYFRA21-1)in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma(EC).Methods:The clinical data of 35 patients with EC were retrospectively analyzed.In addition,35 patients with endometrial hyperplasia(EH)were enrolled in EH group and 40 healthy women in the same period as control group.Results:The serum levels of HE4 and CYFRA21-1 in EC group were significantly higher than those in EH group and control group(P<0.05),and the results showed that the level of CYFRA21-1 in EC group was significantly higher than that in EH group and control group(P<0.05).The positive rate of serum HE4 was higher than that of CYFRA21-1(P<0.05),and the diagnostic accuracy of combined detection of serum HE4 and CYFRA21-1 was higher than that of single detection.Conclusion:The combined detection of HE4CY CYFRA21-1 can be used as a tumor marker for the diagnosis of EC,and the combined detection of the two can improve the clinical value of the diagnosis of EC.
