氯吡格雷联合脉血康胶囊对急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能缺损评分及血清CRP、IL-6水平变化的影响

Effect of Clopidogrel Combined with Mai Xuekang Capsule on Neurological Deficit Score and the Changes of Serum Levels of CRP and IL-6 in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的:探讨氯吡格雷联合脉血康胶囊对急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分及血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平变化的影响。方法:选取2014年7月至2017年9月焦作市第二人民医院119例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(60例)和对照组(59例)。对照组采用氯吡格雷治疗;观察组采用氯吡格雷联合脉血康胶囊治疗。观察对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后NIHSS评分、生活质量评分、血清CRP与IL-6水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率93.33%高于对照组79.66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分、血清CRP及IL-6水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组生活质量各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%,与对照组8.47%相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氯吡格雷联合脉血康胶囊治疗急性缺血性脑卒中效果确切,不良反应较小,可降低神经功能缺损程度及体内血清CRP、IL-6水平,提高生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of clopidogrel combined with Mai Xuekang capsule on neurological deficit score(NIHSS)and the changes of serum levels of C reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 119 patients with acute ischemic stroke in our hospital from July 2014 to September 2017 were divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(59 cases)according to random number table.The control group was treated with clopidogrel,and the observation group was treated with clopidogrel combined with Mai Xuekang capsule.The effects of treatment,NIHSS score before and after treatment,quality of life score,serum levels of CRP and IL-6,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(79.66%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score,serum levels of CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,which was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Clopidogrel combined with Mai Xue Kang capsule is effective in treating acute ischemic stroke,with fewer side effects.It can reduce the degree of neurological deficit and the levels of serum CRP and IL-6,and improve the quality of life.
