非物质文化遗产与特色小镇建设——以内蒙古通辽市舍伯吐镇为例

特色小镇与非物质文化遗产无论是在形式还是在内涵上都与当地的文化有着密切的联系。二者的结合可以实现良性互动,相互促进,协同发展。舍伯吐镇是首批国家级特色小镇,近年来经过有益的探索,取得了初步成果。舍伯吐镇的建设实践证明:非物质文化遗产能够促进特色小镇的特色文化建设;反过来,特色小镇又能为非物质文化遗产的传承和发展创造适宜的环境。综合开发建设特色小镇,大大有利于非物质文化遗产的传承和发展。

Characteristic towns and intangible cultural heritage are closely related to local culture both in terms of form and connotation,the combination of which can achieve positive interaction and promote each other for common development.Sheboto town,as the first batch of national characteristic towns,after some beneficial explorations in recent years,the initial results have been achieved.The construction of Shebotu town proves that intangible cultural heritage can promote the construction of characteristic culture of characteristic towns.In turn,characteristic towns can create a suitable environment for inheritance and modern development of intangible cultural heritage.Comprehensive development and construction of characteristic towns are greatly conducive to the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage.
