摘要
为优化逆流法提取百香果果皮中总黄酮的提取工艺,以总黄酮提取率为指标,采用正交试验优化逆流提取法.结果表明逆流法最优提取工艺条件为:干燥的百香果果皮粉末进行逆流提取,提取级数3级,料液比1∶60,提取时间45 min,提取温度55℃,乙醇体积分数70%.在此工艺条件下总黄酮提取率为2.18%,提取率高于常规热回流法、索氏提取法和超声波辅助提取法.
The countercurrent extraction process of total flavonoids from Passiflora edulis peel was investigated with the extraction rate of total flavonoids as index by orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:countercurrent stage 3;material to solution ratio 1∶60;extraction time 45 mins;temperature 55℃;concentration of ethanol 70%.Under these extraction conditions,the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 2.18%.The extraction rate by countercurrent extraction method was higher than the other extraction methods,such as hot reflux method,Soxhlet extraction method and ultrasonic assisted extraction method.
