F-box蛋白家族及其与肿瘤相关问题的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 F-box蛋白家族大多通过对多种靶蛋白的泛素化降解来调控细胞的增殖、凋亡、代谢、DNA损伤修复等,参与绝大部分生命活动,调控机体稳态。目前大量研究发现F-box蛋白家族与肿瘤细胞代谢、DNA损伤密切相关。因此,就F-box蛋白的结构特征、功能分类及参与肿瘤发生的可能机制进行系统阐述,为肿瘤的诊断及靶向治疗提供理论基础。 F-box proteins regulate cell proliferation,apoptosis,metabolism,DNA damage repair,etc,mostly through decomposing ubiquitination of various target proteins,hardly any more they aren't involved in all life activities and regulate homeostasis.At present,a large number of studies help to define that F-box protein family is closely related to tumor cell metabolism and DNA damage.This paper reviews the relevant issnes such as the structural characteristics,functional classification and tumorigenesis of F-box proteins,thus providing rational bases for the design of F-box protien-targeted cancer terapies,as well diagnosis of cancer.
