Scale development and construct validation of project complexity for large-scale construction projects

摘要 通过文献综述与专家访谈开发大型建设项目的复杂性初始量表,采用SPSS和AMOS软件对收集的245份问卷数据进行单维度检验、信度与效度检验。探索性因子分析提取出项目复杂性的6个因子,包括信息复杂性、任务复杂性、技术复杂性、组织复杂性、环境复杂性和目标复杂性;信度检验表明除了任务复杂性,其余量表的内部一致性信度佳;在删除任务复杂性1个题项后,效度检验表明项目复杂性量表具有良好的收敛效度和区分效度。研究结果确定了大型建设项目复杂性量表包括信息、任务、技术、组织、环境和目标复杂性6个维度26个题项。 Literature review and expert interview were used to develop the initial scale of project complexity for large-scale construction projects,and software SPSS and AMOS were conducted on 245 surveys for single-dimension,reliability and validity test to refine and verify the scale development.Exploratory factor analysis extracted the project complexity including six factors as information,task complexity,technological complexity,organizational complexity,environmental complexity,and goal complexity;Reliability test showed that except the task complexity,all other scales of project complexity have good consistency reliability;After deleted an item of task complexity,the validity tests presented the project complexity has good convergent validity and differentiate validity.The research results showed that the scale of project complexity for large-scale construction projects containing 26 items,six dimensions of information,task,technological,organizational,environmental,and goal complexities.
