Construction Technology of New Type Segmental Layered Noise Barrier

以成都枢纽西环线声屏障I类变更设计工程项目为背景,研制了适用于新型分层拼装式声屏障的轻型施工工装,满足在铁路既有线外侧安装7 m高声屏障时无需使用大型吊装设备、减小安装场地面积的要求,并详细阐述了新型分层拼装式声屏障的施工方案、流程。总结了首节立柱及上部立柱安装、立柱高压注胶、吸隔声板安装的操作要点,可为类似声屏障结构的施工提供参考。

Taking the I type changing design project of noise barrier in the west loop in Chengdu hub as the background,the light construction equipment of the new type segmental layered noise barrier was developed,which met the requirements for the installation of the 7 m high noise barrier on the outside of existing railway without the need for large hoisting equipment and the reduction of the area of the installation site.The construction scheme and process of the new type segmental layered noise barrier were elaborated.The key technologies of the installation of the f irst and upside column,glue injection with high pressure in column,and the installation of sound absorption and insulation board were concluded,which could provide a reference for construction of the similar noise barrier.
