VSD联合腓肠神经营养皮瓣治疗足踝部软组织缺损的疗效分析

Efficacy of VSD Combined with Sural Neurotrophic Flap on Soft Tissue Defects of Foot and Ankle

目的:探究VSD联合腓肠神经营养皮瓣治疗足踝部软组织缺损的治疗方案及效果分析。方法:选取本院2015年6月~2016年6月接受VSD联合腓肠神经营养皮瓣的足踝部软组织缺损患者32例,随机分为观察组和对照组各16例,对照组患者实施传统的游离植皮治疗方式,观察组采取VSD联合腓肠神经营养皮瓣治疗方式,比较两组患者的皮瓣情况。结果:观察组皮瓣坏死、创面感染及皮瓣臃肿都优于对照组,观察组患者踝关节功能都优于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗足踝部软组织缺损患者中实施VSD联合腓肠神经营养皮瓣,能够促进伤口和组织的愈合,预防感染,足踝软组织缺损修复创面较好,该方法值得临床推荐使用。

Objective:To explore the treatment regimen and effects of VSD combined with sural neurotrophic flap in the treatment of soft tissue defects of foot and ankle.Methods:Thirty-two cases of patients with soft tissue defects of foot and ankle treated with VSD combined with sural neurotrophic flap from June 2015 to June 2016 admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=16)and control group(n=16).The control group was given traditional free skin grafting therapy,and the observation group was treated with VSD combined sural neurotrophic flap therapy.The flap conditions were compared between the two groups.Results:The flap necrosis,wound infection and bulky flap in the observation group were better than those in control group,and the ankle joint function was better than that in control group.The comparison has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:VSD combined with sural neurotrophic flap in the treatment of soft tissue defects of foot and ankle can promote the healing of wounds and tissues,prevent infection,and repair the wounds with soft tissue defects of foot and ankle.It is worthy of recommendation in clinical practice.
