肩锁关节脱位的诊断及治疗进展

Progress of Diagnosis and Treatment of Acromioclavicular Joint Dislocation

肩锁关节脱位,在肩部损伤中占有较大比例,多发生于运动性损伤、车祸伤等。若治疗不恰当,可导致肩关节功能障碍,严重影响患者的日常生活。治疗肩锁关节脱位的方法较多,且存在或多或少的缺陷和有待商榷的地方。学者们根据对肩锁关节解剖和生物力学的研究,提出了许多新的治疗策略。本文结合近几年发表的文献,做疾病诊断和治疗方面的综述。

The acromioclavicular joint dislocation occupies a large proportion in the shoulder injury,most of which occur in sports injury,traffic-accident injury and so on.It can lead to shoulder joint disfunction with improper treatment,and seriously affect patients'daily life.There are many methods to treat acromioclavicular joint dislocation,and there are more or less defects.Based on the study of acromioclavicular joint anatomy and biomechanics,many new therapeutic strategies have been proposed.Combined with the literature published in recent years,the diagnosis and treatment of disease are reviewed in this paper.
