黏结钕铁硼磁体在节能空调上的应用研发 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,随着国家节能减排政策的实施,在空调领域,采用传统的热力膨胀阀设计的家用空调正在逐渐被更节能的变频空调所取代。变频节能空调中使用的新型电子膨胀阀是以永磁体组件作为转子,通过调节控制压缩机工作频率和阀体冷媒输出流量,相比传统空调整机节能率达到30%左右。阐述了电子膨胀阀永磁转子在材料制备和注射成形上的工艺方法,以及几何尺寸、磁性能、力学性能、高温老化减磁率、耐介质性等方面的设计方案及其试制测试结果。为了实现这些项目的目标设计要求,制备了合适的转子材料,选择了恰当的成形工艺,确立了产品制造的技术参数和规范。由于充分验证了这些测试项目的测试结果的有效性和可行性,因此,本产品不但具有世界先进水平,而且具有很强的实用价值。 In recent years,with the implementation of national energy saving and emission reduction policy,in the air conditioning field,the use of traditional thermal expansion valve design in home air-conditioning is gradually replaced by more energy-efficient inverter air conditioning.The new type of electronic expansion valve used in energy-saving air conditioner is the permanent magnet component as the rotor,and comparing with the traditional air conditioner,the energy saving rate is about 30%by adjusting the operating frequency of the compressor and the output flow of the refrigerant from the valve.This paper focuses on the technology of permanent magnet rotor of the electronic expansion valve in material preparation and injection molding,as well as the design scheme and test results of permanent magnet rotor in the aspect of geometrical size,magnetic properties,mechanical properties,high temperature and aging reduction rate,media resistance test and so on.In order to achieve the target design requirements of these items,we have prepared suitable rotor materials,selected the appropriate forming technology,and established the technical parameters and specifications of product manufacturing.Due to the validity and feasibility of the test results of these items,this product not only has the world advanced level,but also has a strong practical value.
