智慧园区低碳综合管理平台建设探讨

目前,我国在发展路径中遭遇的资源、环境制约和应对气候变化各种问题,切需我国能源体系向绿色、低碳、高效转型。智慧低碳园区的建设与推广是是我国低碳能源体系转型的重要举措。本文阐述了智慧园区低碳综合管理平台的研究背景和必要性,通过对构建园区低碳管理平台的需求进行分析,介绍了系统架构和功能设计,构想了云计算技术下的"云平台"体系功能与应用。智慧园区低碳综合管理平台,通过对园区内建筑能耗和碳排放进行实时监测和对能耗数据的统计与分析,进行科学选择和帮助制定用能方案,在整体上对园区建筑能源消耗和碳排放进行协调控制,以达到绿色和低碳的目的。
