摘要 利用Anylogic仿真软件,通过对比分析物流园区门区单队列排队模式和多队列排队模式作业特点,并结合物联网技术,根据货物的运输剩余时间和时间敏感度划分优先级,提出了基于物联网的门区单队列排队策略,以实现高优先级车辆先作业.通过算例分析,得到优先级划分前后,车辆平均等待时间至少缩短近8倍,极大提高了不同时效需求货物的准时送达率,同时也降低了物流成本,验证了仿真模型与结果的有效性. The Anylogic softwarewas used in this paper.Through comparing single queuing mode with multi-queuing mode in the gate,the cargo were prioritized with residual time and time sensitivity of the freightage based on the combination of Internet of Things(IoT)technology.By proposing the strategy of single queuing based on Internet of Things,this paper can help in achieving the goal of priority vehicle operating first.Through example analysis,the result shows that the average waiting time is shortened by nearly 8 times with the division of priority.Based on this strategy,the on-time delivery rate of different goods with different time requirement is increased,and logistics costs are reduced as well.In the end,the effectiveness and the optimal result of simulation model are verified.
