摘要
采用水热法制备立方体形状CeO_2,用制备出不同CeO_2含量的CeO_2-Pt/C催化剂.经过透射电子显微镜(TEM)、能谱(EDS)分析和循环伏安(CV)测试表明:CeO_2富氧作用表现明显,该方法制备的含6%CeO_2的Pt/C催化剂活性最高,但当CeO_2含量过高时活性会迅速降低.抗硫测试中,低含量的CeO_2却拥有较好效果,CeO_2提供的氧对阴极Pt/C催化剂的催化活性与SO2的耐受性起着至关重要的作用.
Cubical cerium dioxide(CeO2)was prepared by hydrothermal method,and then was applied to synthesize CeO2-Pt/C catalyst with different content of CeO2.By means of transmission electron microscopy(TEM),energy dispersive spectrum(EDS)analysis and cyclic voltammetry(CV)test,the results show that the oxygen-enriching property of CeO2 is obvious,and the catalytic activity of the CeO2-Pt/C is the highest when the content of CeO2 is up to 6%.However,the activity is rapidly declined when the catalyst has too much CeO2.While the low content of CeO2 has a better effect from sulfur resistance test,the oxygen which CeO2 provids to the cathode Pt/C catalyst plays an important role in catalyst activity and the SO2 tolerance.
