校企协同模式下创业型跨境电商人才的培养机制研究

The Training Mechanism for Entrepreneurial Cross-border E-commerce Talents under a Model of School-Enterprise Cooperation

随着跨境电子商务的高速发展,行业、企业对创业型跨境电商人才的需求出现了井喷的趋势,而现有的跨境电商人才很难满足发展的需要,成为制约跨境电商企业进一步发展的瓶颈,所以创业型跨境电商人才的培养成了高职院校的当务之急。立足于跨境电商的发展现状和对人才的需求状况,分析了跨境电商人才培养存在课程体系建设滞后,缺少专业间协作与融合;缺少实践、实训平台;师资力量薄弱等问题。因此提出在校企协同模式下改革人才培养模式,整合各专业资源,组建具有实战经验的"双师型"教师团队,与企业共同搭建实践、实训平台,同时在专业教育中融入创新创业教育,校企协同,共同探索创业型跨境电商人才培养新模式。

With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce,needs of entrepreneurial cross-border e-commerce talents of the industry and enterprises soared.However,the existing cross-border e-commerce talents could hardly meet the needs for the development,which has become a bottleneck restricting the further development of enterprises conducting cross-border business enterprises conducting.So the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents competent for cross-border e-commerce has become a pressing matter of the moment of higher vocational colleges.Based on the development status of cross-border e-commerce and the demand for talents,this paper analyzes the lag of curriculum system construction,lack of collaboration and integration among majors,lack of practice and training platform,and weak teachers.Therefore,the personnel training mode is proposed to be reformed based on college and enterprise cooperation by integrating all resources,building up a teacher team with hands-on experience,building a practical training platform together with enterprises.At the same time,innovation and entrepreneurship education could be integrated in professional education to jointly explore the new training mode of entrepreneurial e-commerce talents based on college and enterprise cooperation.
